Once your order is confirmed, please allow an additional 5-15 working days for processing. This is timeframe is dependant on the design requirements and materials necessary to make the jewellery of your dreams!

As we are constantly using and restocking with new crystals, our catalogue is ever-changing so we can not provide a detailed inventory.

However, our crystal suppliers are brilliant so if there's a specific stone you'd like incorporated into your custom order please note this in your request and we're happy to try and source this for you.

ANYTHING! You can pick from any of our existing designs, or if you'd like something truly unique - let us know what you have in mind, we love creating new designs from your inspiration! Please note new and complex designs will take longer to process.
